5th Year Presentation

Congratulations and thank you to all the fifth year students who were involved in organising and presenting the Loreto Missions Presentation in the community Centre in Foxrock after Sunday mass. The girls informed all those in the community centre of the continuing and life changing work being carried out by the Loreto Missions in Rumbek, which includes the building of our sister school. Once again thank you and well done to all of those involved.

Guided Prayer Week

The  Second Guided Prayer Week will commence on Monday 24th of October for the sixth years who have signed up for it. Please check the sixth year notice board on Friday to view the offical time table. This timetable will also be posted on the Oratory notice board. It is important that you take note of your allocated time and do not forget to turn up. It will take place in the Oratory. We hope that you enjoy this special experience!

Third Year Project Work

For the Attention of all Third Year Students: You should now have started the first step in completing your Project. Over the next three weeks you are to complete the resarch section of your project. It is important to keep a record of all your sources at this stage. If you have any questions regarding your project please contact your R.E. teacher after class.

Fourth and Sixth Year Retreats

This week the retreats will take place for all Fourth and Sixth year students. All students are to assemble outside the concert hall at 08.55 for roll call. Students should leave their school bags in their locker areas as they only need their pencil cases on the day of the retreats. The fourth year retreat takes place on Monday and the sixth  year retreat on Tuesday. All students are requried to abide by the school's code of conduct during their retreat. We hope that everyone enjoys thier day. Last week's retreats were very sucessful and we would like to thank the retreat time for coming out to our school and providing a very relaxing and beneficial retreat for all the students.
